Ni’Cole has over 30 years of dance and teaching experience.  She is a certified dance instructor through Dance Educators of America.  She is trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, contemporary, and hip-hop.  Ni’Cole is an award-winning dance choreographer and has been a business owner/instructor/choreographer in Kentucky, Florida, and Georgia.  While living in Florida, she was a dance studio owner with an award-winning dance company.  She also served on Florida State University’s Friends of Dance Board of Directors.  Additionally, she has served as a dance trainer and judge for the Southeast Region Pop Warner Cheer and Dance Convention since 2010. She is a credentialed judge through the Youth Cheer and Dance Alliance (YCADA) and Georgia High School Association (GHSA) as a Dance Official.

In addition to her extensive dance training and experience, Ni'Cole has a cheer background. She has created and developed cheer programs and serves as the Director and Competition Coach for a local middle school program. She has planned and organized cheer competitions and served as a judge at cheer competitions in Georgia and Florida.
